All orders can't be canceled after they are paid. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change on an order, you must contact us before we ship your package. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be changed.

- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time (30 days) you can request store credit or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request store credit or a reshipment.
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of qkizu.com (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and store credit or reshipment will automatically be applied within 3 days. Store credit never expires.
